All orders received before 10am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 10am will be dispatched on the next working day. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Locker delivery options starting from R80 is also available depending on order weight. We will send your package to the closest locker or Pargo counter to your billing address offered by either Pargo or BobBox Locker service. Please contact us if you would like to specify a particular locker or Pargo counter for your delivery. We do not use Pep or Pudo for our locker delivery service. 

Door delivery with BobGo from various courier service providers is also available starting from R120 for 1kg to 10kg, R200 for 11kg to 15kg, R300 for 16kg to 20kg, R380 for 21kg to 25kg, R500 for 25kg to 30kg. Orders over 30kg will need shipping rates to be manually calculated. 

Collection is also available at no cost. Please wait for email confirmation that your order is ready for collection before coming through to collect or arranging with your courier service to collect. Please provide us with your waybill should you be booking your own courier to collect. 

Please note that courier services are outsourced using major South African courier companies. We are reliant on them to deliver your orders but have no control over the package once it's handed over to the courier company. We do not have access to their logistical information on when exactly your order will be delivered. Please contact the courier company directly in the number provided in the tracking email. 

For insured and express overnight courier, please contact us to get a quote. All orders will be shipped using standard economy service offered by the courier companies.
