Dawid Rooifontein Honey

Unfortunately Dawid will be leaving the beekeeping industry but the citrus honey will still be available under a different label called Hi Bee, bottled by his mentor, Pieter Loubser. 

In October of 2023 after 3 years of being mentored by beekeeper Pieter Loubser, Dawid Rooifontein entered honey in the UK national honey competition.

The citrus honey that was entered under Dawid’s name won a gold medal. 1st place in the international section in Class 9 for Orange Blossom.

Pieter won a very highly commenced certificate as well.

Dawid, also won highest score-African small farmer at the WCBA Nampo competition in September 2023. Pieter won Highest overall score at the same competition.
